Residential Bonds Online (RBO) is an online system used by agents, landlords and tenants, in South Australia to manage rental bonds, including Housing SA bond guarantees. RBO allows landlords, agents and tenants to transact quickly and easily online for the lodgement and release of bonds, without the need for paper forms.
You must enter through the email token, sent by Consumer and Business Services (CBS), advising your bond has been lodged.
Don't forget to check the junk or spam folder if you can't find your email.
If you did not receive the email, it might be because CBS doesn't have your correct email address, or your bond might not have been lodged online through RBO.
If you do not already have an account, you will need to provide proof of ID when creating your account. For information about providing ID, including the types of accepted identification select RBO.
If you already have an account with RBO, you just need to link your account to your new bond.
